Continuing to nurture their spiritual growth and natural
curiosity about life and all it brings to the table, our
programs are ongoing, keeping our youth engaged throughout
the school year and into the summer.
Youth and Teen Worship Services
During these
times, our young people are given the opportunity to worship
and express themselves in a setting that is uniquely their
own. Join them on Sunday mornings and

Youth Summit
 The challenges young people face in a culture
filled with drinking, drugs, peer pressure materialism, eroticism,
rapidly changing technology and a global economy place pressures
upon young people that earlier generations never faced. We
gathered as a community in Christ to look squarely at the
pressures of being a teenager in the 21st century.
Vacation Bible School
Providing children with religious education
in a fun and inviting atmosphere. Arts and crafts, games, food and outdoor
activities make VBS a great summer pleaser.
Christian Camping opportunities
Camp Koinonia
is a ministry of the Akron, Ashtabula, and Cleveland American
Baptist Association Churches; providing great Christian fun
in an outdoor setting.
Camp Mohican is a camp directed by our own youth ministry
coordinator. Held at Mohican State Camp children are given
opportunity to experience the great outdoors and see the
wildlife of the state of Ohio.
Youth Activities
We study the Word and learn to live a Christian life, but we still have a good
time in fellowship with our Christian friends.
